ABSOLUTE SERVICE ETIQUETTE
Reservations All services are by appointment only. To ensure that you receive your desired appointment, please make your reservation at least two (2) weeks in advance. We are open everyday, including evenings and weekends.
Cancellation Policy Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our schedule. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you do not provide proper cancellation notification or reschedule your appointment within the appropriate time as specified, you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee for each 30 minute session you had scheduled.
Check-in Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not inconvenience other patients.
Service Etiquette In order to ensure an effective and comfortable experience, we ask that you let your technician know of any concerns, special needs or questions prior to your treatment. Communication is key in order for us to provide you with the highest quality of services. Please comment on the room temperature, or any discomfort and allow us to correct anything that may require attention.
Gratuity Gratuity is not included in the price of treatment, but is, of course, up to your individual discretion. You may tip your techincian in the room or upon check out at the front desk. Thank you.
